As of today, we do not have a retail location. Instead, we come to you for your in-person design consultation. This is the best way for us to see your space, understand your aesthetic, and get clear about your design goals. Occasionally we have taken planters on visits to give customers a hands-on design experience.

We get this question a lot, and the easiest way to put it is, “we do not design or plant anything in the ground.” Our speciality is in our expertly crafted container plantings, which we believe are the perfect compliment to any existing landscape design (or interior design for that matter). Should you need, we can refer you to in-ground landscapers (or interior decorators) that we know and trust.

Providing an “average” cost is challenging due to the diverse size and scope of the projects we handle. We work with some customers who invest a couple thousand dollars in container plants, and some who invest twenty thousand or more. After your initial design consultation, we will provide a clearer project cost. We accommodate various budgets - simply inform us of your preferences alongside your design goals.

During our initial consultation we will work together to assess your space, to understand your aesthetic, and to get clear about your design goals. Following our in-person consultation, our design team gets to work! It typically takes us around 1 week for us to send you a design. If necessary, we’ll gladly refine the design to meet your needs. Once you’re thrilled with everything and ready to proceed, we’ll set an installation date. Typically, installations occur in 1-2 weeks, allowing us to prepare and source the perfect plants. Some projects may require additional time if plants or containers need to be special ordered.

Most of the time, absolutely! If you’re working toward a deadline- like hosting an event in your home or a business opening- please let us know. The earlier we are aware, the smoother we can meet your timeline!

No matter your style, we have options! While we love the unique, sculptural quality of our modern Belgian planters, we also have a soft spot for the exquisite terracotta planters from Impruneta, Italy that we also source. And that’s not all, we have an ever-changing inventory of one of a kind planters to choose from. At the end of the day, we prioritize crafting a design that reflects the existing details of your space.

We do not have a formal catalog of our planters because our inventory changes quickly. Our Instagram account, however, showcases the different styles, shapes, sizes and colors of planters we have incorporated into our designs. If you see something you love there, we will work to find something similar for you.

We can definitely use your pots! If you already own pots that you would like to use, we can assess them during your consultation to ensure they will meet all of your (and your plant’s) needs!

Picking the perfect plant is arguably one of the most important parts of the design process. It influences both your design vision and the long term success of the plant. Our team has two decades worth of experience navigating this balance between art and science. It is not important that you know much about plants before working with our team, we will work closely with you to make that decision!

We ensure the quality of our plants, as well as the standard of care that goes into the selection, sourcing and installation of healthy plants. Even with these quality measures in place, a plant is still sometimes unable to adjust to its new environment. This distress is usually visible within days of installation. If you are concerned about the health of your plant within the first 30 days, our team will make a complimentary visit to help diagnose. If appropriate, we will replace the plant at no cost to you.

After a plant has successfully acclimated to its new home, plant issues typically stem from its ongoing care. Don’t be discouraged! We provide a care guide post-installation to all of our customers.

Don’t have the golden touch? Consider our Plant Maintenance Service where a professional plant specialist visits your home on a weekly basis to keep your plants thriving. All plants have their natural lifespans. So while we can't prevent their eventual demise, we can extend their life and vitality through proper care and conditions. After installation, you'll receive a maintenance care guide. It equips you with knowledge about your plant's needs and care instructions. Alternatively, we offer our Maintenance Services for anyone who would like us to become their partner in plant care.
